About ParkinLj
ParkinLj is a free information site about parking in Ljubljana, for everyone who lives in the city or visits it.
ParkinLj is a community project by the digital product studio CNJ Digital. The site has no ads and takes no commission. Prices, rules and lists of car parks are taken from official sources: the city parking company LPT and the City of Ljubljana (MOL). Pages with prices and rules show the source and the date of the last update.
Who is it for?
Visitors and tourists
Visiting Ljubljana by car? We explain the parking zones, prices and payment options in plain English, and show where to park for a few hours or a whole day.
Residents and commuters
If you live in Ljubljana or drive in for work, the calculator shows which option is cheapest for you, from Park & Ride to monthly passes.
What you will find here
Map of zones and car parks
An interactive map of all parking zones (C1, C2, C3) and LPT car parks in Ljubljana, showing exactly where each zone applies.
Parking prices and zone by address
Enter an address to find out which zone it is in and what parking costs there, with prices for garages and Park & Ride.
Parking cost calculator
Set how many days a week and hours a day you park in Ljubljana. The calculator compares every option with known prices in the chosen zone and shows the cheapest per visit, month and year.
List of towed cars
An hourly updated list of cars removed by the LPT tow truck. Check whether your car is at the pound at Cesta dveh cesarjev 101 and what it will cost. We keep every record, even after LPT updates its official page.
